Tyre repair, replacement or towing

In the event of a puncture, there are several options for dealing with the situation. Which option you choose depends on the damage to your tyre and whether you have a spare available.

Tyre repair

If the tyre damage allows, we will temporarily repair the tyre so that you can continue your journey. A temporary puncture should always be repaired as soon as possible at a tyre shop by an internal puncture by removing the tyre from the rim. Unfortunately, not all damage can be repaired with a temporary patch.

Towing to a workshop

If the tyre damage is too extensive to repair and a spare is not available, we can help by towing your car to the nearest workshop.

Changing a spare tyre

If the tyre cannot be repaired on the spot, our driver will replace it with a spare, if you have one. All modern cars no longer have a spare tyre, which has been replaced by a replacement set. Some cars may only have a small spare tyre, which allows you to continue driving at a limited speed.
